The Warrior Ride events would not be possible without the generosity of our donors. Some of the donations we receive are from individuals who have held a fundraiser on behalf of The Warrior Ride. Below is a list of some of our upcoming fundraisers. If you would like to hold a fundraising event for The Warrior Ride please let us know.
A few words from The Warrior Ride President and Founder, Bob Racine:
The Warrior Ride has had numerous fundraisers done over the years. We are grateful to those who want to help us with our vision. The donations we have received have been in many forms, some donations are monetary and some are In-kind and we appreciate them all.
There is currently a fundraiser taking place that has caught my attention. There are two little girls in Quantico, VA who are collecting items for yard sales to raise money for The Warrior Ride. The little girls are ten year old twins Amber and Natalie. I have come to know these little girls quite well over the years as they have volunteered at numerous Warrior Ride functions alongside their parents. Amber rode in our 2011 North Carolina tour with her dad a Marine and her brother a Soldier. Even though they recently
relocated to VA, due to their dads military orders the family still remains very active with The Warrior Ride and continues to attend events.
Their goal is to raise ten thousand dollars. Did I mention they are only 10 years old? What giving hearts they have at such a young age. We are so honored they have chosen our organization to raise money for.
If anyone would like to donate items for their yard sale they can be donated in Quantico, VA, or Oak Island, North Carolina. If you would like to make cash donations to help them reach their goal, donations can be mailed to The Warrior Ride, 1401 East Oak Island Drive, Oak Island, NC 28465, please indicate the donation is towards Amber and Natalie’s fundraising efforts.
